  • The post-production team begins editing the raw content into the agreed video(s) and photos, following the discussed guidelines.

  • Send the initial edited versions of the video(s) and photos to the client with instructions for providing feedback and a specified deadline.
  • Collect and review all client feedback, clarifying any ambiguous points as needed.
  • Implement the necessary revisions based on the feedback and conduct an internal quality check before finalizing the content.

Final
  • Export the final video(s) and photos in the required formats and resolutions, ensuring all files are properly named and organized.
  • Send the finalized content to the client via a secure link or preferred delivery method, along with instructions for accessing and using the files.
  • Follow up with the client to confirm their satisfaction and address any last-minute questions or adjustments if necessary.
  • Implement content approval, scheduling, performance tracking, and ownership definitions in our account management service to align with the client's brand and goals.
